Deposits / Policies

  • Deposit: A deposit is required to reserve an appointment time. Deposits apply toward the final total unless stated otherwise.
  • Reschedules: Please reschedule as early as possible. Late reschedules may require a new deposit (adjust this to your preference).
  • No-shows: No-shows typically forfeit the deposit.
  • Design: Custom designs are built around your idea + placement. Minor changes are normal; major changes may require more time.
  • Age / ID: Government ID required. Follow Missouri regulations for age/consent policies.

Aftercare

Follow your artist’s instructions first. This is a general studio guide.

First 24 Hours

  • Keep the bandage on for the time your artist recommends.
  • Wash hands first, then gently clean with fragrance-free soap and lukewarm water.
  • Pat dry with a clean paper towel. Do not rub.
  • Apply a very thin layer of aftercare ointment (if recommended).

Days 2–14

  • Wash 1–2 times daily. Keep it clean and dry.
  • Switch to a fragrance-free lotion when your artist advises.
  • Expect light peeling/flaking. That’s normal.
  • Do not pick or scratch.

Avoid

  • Soaking: baths, pools, lakes, hot tubs (until fully healed).
  • Direct sun/tanning. Use clothing cover; sunscreen after healed.
  • Heavy sweating + friction (workouts/gear) early on.
  • Pet hair/dirt contact. Keep it protected in messy environments.

Signs you should message us

If you have unusual swelling, intense warmth, increasing redness, or anything that feels “off,” contact your artist or the studio. If you’re concerned about an infection, seek medical care.
